Now you see... (to be cont')

Another local snack. They placed these clams evenly on a wooden board, spread some pepper, salt & dried chili on top, then expose under the hot sunny sun to be "cooked", no boiling water nor oven needed.

Looks nice and fresh there in your hand Ariel...but just how good would they be after a few hours in the sun? Wouldn't food poisoning be an issue, or does the added chilli counter act that effect? lol. A very nice, clear & detailed shot here that captures the fleshy texture of the little clam very well. Good techs and very pleasing composition, like the little reflection in the shell. You have me hooked as to what is yet to come... M

I like the detail of the clam and the fingerprints on the hand. The beige has a nice background color to it which brings out the brown and blue of the clam. Very simple, makes me hungry, croc :)
