Bathing...

I noticed this kid bathing under the sun at the roadside when I was on a TokTok(a local public transport).

Great shot. I think photography is about being spontaneous and getting the best results under the conditions. I do not believe in tearing work apart just for the sake of doing it. I think this is a great shot.

What a precious moment you have captured here. I agree with the other review, photography is about the moment...this is just perfect...

I really can't see anything wrong here. You have captured a candid moment of a child immersed in an obviously fun activity, completely oblivious to the rest of the world. She looks like she has had her complete head in that bucket as she is totally drenched. The BW format is great as it tones down the busy background. Think you managed very well with this one as it really evokes the feeling of joy and the uninhibitedness of childhood. Good job here.

I agree with Celia on the choice for b&w on this. This image yields the reality that we so often ignore. This snap, yet simple, provides a depth into the culture. Thanks Ariel. - Scooter -

Fabuolus capture Ariel, a real spur of the moment, blink and its over photo. Looks great in black and white, it really gives the image a greater feeling of total poverty.

Nice choice of B&W! What would make it even better, if kid was looking at you, but i assume it's a candid shot. I would crop to the right of the picture to get rid of those distracting things, don't know what they are. Great capture and thanks for sharing!

This photo reminds of articles in Time magazine.Great choice of b&w, good timing too. I like it that the kid is busy and not looking at the lens. You didn't put the object in the center thus giving more space to the surrounding which gives a good idea about the kid's environment. What can i say! an excellent shot.
Thanks for sharing.
