Along Mekong River. This lad was so relaxing overthere, with a book on his lap, his slippers on the green... I wish I could find a vacancy on a sunny Sunday like this...
Very nice picture Ariel, it brings peace and a slow paced life feeling. We all need that. Good comp. clarity and DOF here. What kind of a tree is that, The leaves are humongous!
Excellent composition and thought process. It does look like he is quit relaxed. Good colors, though it is almost too bright. Maybe just a touch up of the levels a bit and add some shadow adjustment, this would be an awesome shot. Good job. Keep it up. Cheri
A beautiful setting you have here, nice tree, seems very cozzy, great subject, looks like one of those perfect shot of the moment. Just two little things I noticed here, one the horizon could of been a little straighter/level (brick wall)and the colors are just a little too bright. Still a very pretty photo. Well done
What a place to rest, sofa of nature. It's interesting to see the creative eye at work. It may be a bit bright due to the compensating camera, but I see you are trying to show the detail of the lad in the trees. One trick is to use a flash, but be in its range, this will result in seeing more of the background, but still lighting up the lad :)croc

This one is really special - just capturing a moment.
Thanks, Hal.
Yup, I like the way he relax himself on the green, under the sun. ^__^

Grat composition! The viewer is brought into the tree as well as into the moment of solitude.

The colors are so bright as to almost hurt the eyes, but your subject is a terrific break in all of the green. Good job.
